Despite the rising costs, we are committed to keeping this benefit affordable for our team. In fact, we contribute over 50% towards each insurance option. What's more, we haven't increased the price of the employee portion for over 4 years, instead shouldering a larger portion ourselves to sustain a robust and healthy benefit.
At the Memorial Union, we believe in recognizing and rewarding our employees' hard work and dedication. With each budget cycle, measured from July to June, we prioritize our employees' rate of pay. You can expect consistent cost-of-living adjustments (COLA) announced with the start of each budget year. But we don't stop there!
