How often do employees receive raises?

At the Memorial Union, we believe in recognizing and rewarding our employees' hard work and dedication. With each budget cycle, measured from July to June, we prioritize our employees' rate of pay. You can expect consistent cost-of-living adjustments (COLA) announced with the start of each budget year. But we don't stop there!
